Marketing experiential programs presents a unique challenge: how do you help someone understand the value of something they haven't experienced yet?

In this practical session, Bettyann Cernese will share what she's learned from marketing equine-guided programs, retreats, and one-day experiences, drawing on both real-world experience and extensive training in messaging and experiential offer design.

Using examples from her own programs, she'll explore the difference between describing what happens during an experience and communicating why someone would want to be there in the first place.

You'll leave with a simple way to look at your own program through your client's eyes, identify what people are really buying, and talk about your work in language that helps the right people recognize, "That's for me."

Presenter Bio:

Bettyann Cernese is a coach, Certified SKYHorse Equine Guided Educator, Certified EAL Facilitator, and author of Calm Human, Calm Horse. For more than 25 years, she has worked at the intersection of people, horses, body awareness, energy, and personal growth.

Today, Bettyann creates coaching and equine-guided experiences that help women quiet the outside noise, reconnect with themselves, and trust what they know. Her work has included multi-day women's retreats, intimate one-day experiences, private coaching, and equine-guided programs.

A lifelong learner with an engineer's curiosity, Bettyann has invested extensively in studying messaging, marketing, coaching, and experiential offer design—and, just as importantly, testing what she's learned in the real world.
