Course Description: A primer on experiential education and the facilitation process that provides context and framework for action learning. The concepts presented are primarily based on the book, Open to Outcome (O2O - reading is a course prerequisite). This course will provide a basic understanding of experiential facilitation for Equine Experiential Education (E3) programming. This is the initial introduction into experiential facilitation and the training courses that follow reinforce and build upon this basic knowledge of facilitation.
Prerequisite: Please read the following book prior to the teleclass:

IN2 Course Description: Explore why horses, as co-facilitators of learning, provide an experiential learning experience with value and benefits unlike any other learning or growth experience. The field of Equine Experiential Education (E3) has progressed beyond horsemanship and into the realm of human development through facilitated experiences with horses. Learn about the key aspects of doing this work with horses that is in a conscious and responsible manner while embracing the wisdom of our horse partners.
IN3 Course Description: This course will provide a basic understanding of the applied equine experiential facilitation and coaching techniques required as a foundation for the Equine Experiential Education Corporate, Education and Coaching work.

- IN1 – Introduction to Experiential Facilitation based on the Book, Open to Outcome
Course Description: This course will provide a basic understanding of how to design and conduct an E3 Corporate Training program including techniques for developing a client proposal, team assessment, workshop design, conducting a workshop, and post-workshop summary report and client consulting. Learn about team maturity and the team change process. Gain experience with the StrengthsFinder assessment tool. Lastly, get some hands-on experience facilitating E3 activities.
Prerequisites:
- IN2 & IN3 Foundation Classes: Horse & Herd Behavior and Facilitation and Coaching and the E3 Work
- Please read one of the following books and take the StrengthsFinder assessment prior to the training:
