Corporate Certification Training Program

The E3A Corporate Certification Training program is based on a tested professional model already proven by experienced corporate trainers. Adapted to work off E3A’s 14 Points of Herd Culture, a client-specific corporate needs assessment prepare the E3A trainer and their clients to win by identifying typical organization, team and leadership problems. Taught to draw on E3A’s equine interactive exercises as they apply to client-specific needs, students then facilitate a winning outcome for organizational teams and leaders using the E3A 5 step executive coaching process: Discover, Analyze, Globalize, Implement and Profit.

A combination on site and distance learning optimizes the cost, time and experience for those seeking to be certified.

Education Certification Training

The Equine Assisted Educators course is designed for professional educators, special education teachers and students contemplating a career in animal science and education. The course is designed for the educator/student seeking an alternative approach to developing a successful classroom environment (classroom management) as well as content related to the equine/human relationship. Using horses as mirrors, participants should expect to discover the key to group dynamics, self confidence, leadership, introspection and perhaps the world of the wild in our every day lives. Non credit participation is two hundred and fifty dollars with a limit of 12 participants. Credit participation which includes 3 college credits includes a majority of class time in the field with horses as well as a rigorous amount of time devoted to reading and writing from selections of various fiction and non fiction related to the history and mythology of the horse. College credit generally averages two hundred and fifty dollars per credit hour.
